Elder Scrolls Online has never lacked things to do, especially with the increase in chapters and expansions over the years. One of the many activities players like to do is hunt down Skyshards. Skyshards are energy nodes in every area and dungeon in the game. In Stonefalls, the starting area of the Ebonheart Pact in Elder Scrolls Online, it has 16 Skyshards to collect, many of which are easy to find in the main quest line in this area, and players can get ESO Gold by completing the quest.
Skyshards in Elder Scrolls Online is used to gain skill points. Although upgraded players will get a certain number of skill points at each level and milestone, the total number of skill points is capped at 50. Every time a player collects three Skyshards, they will get an extra skill point and some Cheap ESO Gold as a reward.
It is not that useful in the early days, because skill points based on level will fill most of the player's skill line. However, at the highest level, this is the only way to gain new skill points, because upgrading the player's champion point level will only increase the quality of ESO Gold they can obtain, not the skill points that the player must spend on skills and passives.
If the player collects all 16 of these Skyshards, they will get a total of 5 skill points, and one-third of the next one. Remember, Skyshards will now pop up on the compass and area map. The Elder Scrolls Online is available for PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox One and Series X|S.
