For the channel, Belton plays at least a couple of games per week -- and tosses any that are too boring to feature. Finding the right trash talkers is a matter of art. "I've noticed with these trash-talkers that the more rubbish they talk, the worse they do at playing," Belton says. For great videos, he requires an opponent who can be good at the game and be as loud as they can.

Apart from making videos to promote his channel on YouTube, Belton isn't a fan of playing Madden for fun. A majority of his time is dedicated to editing. The game can last less than an hour, however editing that video takes another eight.

He says he would like to launch a new channel that will allow him to play various games.

"I enjoy Call of Duty: Warzone. I'm just beginning to get back into Fortnite. I'm getting beat-up each time But I'm enjoying it. And then I want to explore other games, like PC games, scary games, etc," he says.

However the sport he's skilled at -the one where it is his ability to consistently outshine the competition -- is Madden.

I'm trying to find out if it's possible that he's been a little disappointed over the game because it's his main source of income, or if he believes that the problem is in the quality or the quality of game.

"No you don't, I think it's 100 percent because of Madden," he says. "If I didn't have a job I would not play the game at all.
