Sad they hit us with that Animal Crossing New Horizons Bells sea diving upgrade a few months after release since it got my hopes up that fresh big changes could be coming. Still waiting for my coffee shop. After nothing actually happened after the 1 year anniversary, I still don't really expect Anthony but I figure Nintendo does want to surprise us.

Dialogue is only half the equation there though. I think it's just as important that the villagers do not do as much. They don't play as many mini-games. They don't visit your home anymore or schedule times to meet. They do not visit as many areas because there are fewer in this sport.

Adding Brewster's Café into Animal Crossing: New Horizons will not compensate for all that is lacking in characterization by itself, but they need to include more actions that flesh from the'lifetime' of the villagers. You need to begin somewhere. It is not just about wether they state preferences or perspective, but also that they can do sufficient verbs they seem to have lives and culture.

Plus, 80 percent of the reason to visit Brewster's Café is dialog. The villagers express their unique preferences in beverage, around that you form a connection together. They then share unique blurbs in their day-to-day life. That is dialogue and characterization.

It's only one example of countless stores and NPC's that could be inserted and provide your town more depth.

I mean kind of, but they nevertheless can add/bring back the real shops. Especially Gracie's shop, yes Labelle comes and offers you her designer clothing, but that is nowhere near the amount of special clothes and furniture that you might get in Gracie's shop.

I am a Massive fan of New Horizons.

But as of a few months before, I'm majorly losing interest, and I need more content, and the upgrades appear to be getting smaller and smaller. I do not even have high expectations--hair styles, more practical furniture (as opposed to super-niche holiday stuff), more harvestable plants, more hair styles, more buildings (cafe, authorities station), more hair styles, gyroids, more hair styles, etc..

Yeah I mean I wouldn't mind paying for a significant content upgrade frankly. This is the first AC sport at Animal Crossing Items For Sale which I actually completed the entirety of the museum and now I can't say I have anything left to do. There is no way I'd pay for any more content, it ought to be totally free DLC!
