Corporate cards are the equivalent of cash on reports and checkbooks, without documents and money. You can issue virtual or physical corporate cards for your business at https://business.wallester.com/.

How to recharge a corporate card

You can recharge your corporate card only from your company's current account: make a payment order, "Transfer to corporate card," in the remote banking system. You can credit as much money as you want.

You cannot replenish a corporate card with cash via a terminal or a transfer from another card.

How to transfer money from the corporate card back to the current account

You cannot transfer money from the corporate card account to the company's current budget. However, there are two ways to withdraw money from the card and move it back to the existing version.

You can withdraw cash and return the money through the accounting department. They will issue a credit note and transfer the money back to the current account;

Close the card and the card account, and then the bank will transfer money to the company's existing budget.

How to report to accounting for purchases and cash withdrawals from a corporate card

By default, you have to say within three working days from the day

the expiry of the period for which the money was issued;

the return from a business trip;

returning to work (e.g., after a vacation or illness if the cash is issued within this period).

The head of the company may establish his procedure for reporting.

It will be necessary to submit an advance report, an explanation, and documents confirming purchases: checks, receipts, and bank statements (to verify online purchases).

What happens if you don't report card expenses

There will be a fine, and the accountable amount will be withheld from the salary, but within the limits of average monthly earnings - it is illegal to withhold more. In the future, the card may be refused by the dishonest employee - but this is at the organization's discretion.
