The fluid resistance of the swing check valve is smaller than that of the lift check valve. It is suitable for occasions with larger diameters, and the installation position is not limited. It is usually installed in a horizontal pipeline. According to the number of valve flaps, it can be divided into three types: single flap swing type, double flap swing type and multi flap swing type. Single flap swing check valves are usually used in medium-diameter applications. When using a single flap swing check valve for large-diameter pipelines, in order to reduce the water hammer pressure, it is best to use a slow-closing check valve that can reduce the water hammer pressure. Double flap swing check valve is suitable for large and medium diameter pipelines. The double-clip swing check valve has a small structure and light weight, and is a relatively fast check valve; the multi-lobe swing check valve is suitable for large-diameter pipelines.

The swing check valve is suitable for various pipelines with nominal pressure PN1.0MPa~42.0MPa, nominal diameter DN15~1200mm, and working temperature -196~540℃, to avoid medium backflow. It can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium and urea. Mainly used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, electric power and other pipelines.

The swing check valve is a built-in rocker swing structure. All the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and sealing ring used in the middle flange, there is no External leakage point, which also eliminates the risk of valve leakage. The connection between the rocker arm and the disc of the swing check valve adopts a spherical connection structure, so that the disc has a certain degree of freedom within a 360-degree scale, and has proper micro-position compensation. Swing check valve is suitable for clean medium, not suitable for medium rich in solid particles and high viscosity.
