Working principle of forged steel gate valve:

Forged steel valves are suitable for medium and high temperature, medium and high pressure valves with nominal pressure of 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0, 16.0MPa and nominal diameter of 10~50mm. The applicable medium is water, nitrogen and hydrogen mixed urea and methylamine liquid, etc. The stem and stem nut are driven by trapezoidal thread, and the thread conforms to the requirements of GB/T5796. The head of the valve stem is designed with a conical upper sealing surface. When the moisturizing door is fully opened, the upper sealing seat of the valve cover fits tightly without external leakage. The valve body, valve cover and other pressure-bearing parts are forged as a whole (tire model forging), and the valve body flange can also be welded. The connection between the valve body and the valve seat includes flange connection and welding. The surfacing alloy layer on the valve body or the stainless steel valve is directly processed on the valve body, and the thickness of the surfacing layer is greater than or equal to 2mm. The opponent's forged steel gate valve with a nominal pressure of 16.0 MPa adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure, and the stuffing box and gate are all forged as a whole to ensure the compressive strength.
