3. Why does the brake not work when the transfer handlebar is not reset?
There are two common possibilities for this problem:
The brake lever is faulty. The brake lever does not give the controller a brake signal when braking. The reason for this phenomenon may be that the brake lever switch is not in good contact, or the circuit is disconnected. You can unplug the brake wire from the controller, and use the digital multimeter to measure whether the two brake wires are short-circuited while pinching the brake handle. If it is normal, it should be short-circuited, otherwise, the brake handle is damaged.
Solution: replace the brake lever or connect the disconnected line. If the brake lever is normal, then check whether the brake level is consistent with the controller. If the controller is a high-level brake, one of the brake lines should be connected to the positive pole of the power supply. If the controller is a low-level brake, then one of the brake lines The root should be connected to the negative pole of the power supply. The solution according to law: connect the brake line according to the correct requirements.
The brake input circuit inside the controller is broken. In this case, the brake signal cannot be transmitted to the controller, and the brake function cannot be generated.
