A new Genshin Impact leak gives more details about a brand new five-star weapon that will arrive alongside Baizhu and Kaveh in the upcoming update 3.6.

A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed more details regarding a new five-star weapon that is expected to arrive within the upcoming version 3.6. Developer HoYoverse already confirmed that two Dendro characters, Kaveh and Baizhu, are scheduled to arrive within the next update.

Baizhu is a new five-star Genshin Impact character while Kaveh may have a lower rarity which led many players to think that they could appear on a single banner cycle. This would allow Travelers to include both characters for their playable roster by spending Primogems on only one banner.

Baizhu continues to be one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact and their first appearance was in Liyue's main quest line. Back then, he was the only real character to appear in the game designed with a Dendro Vision. Story-wise, there aren't a lot of details about Baizhu apart from that he's the proud owner of the Bubu Pharmacy situated in Liyue Harbor. A new post around the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has revealed a brand new five-star catalyst named Jadefall's Splendor which will have the following stats:

Weapon type: Catalyst

Rarity: Five-star weapon

Base Attack: 608

Secondary stat: HP percentage

Secondary stat max. value: 49.6%

Passive: Using an Elemental Burst or developing a shield will grant an impact called Primordial Jade Regalia for 3 seconds. The weapon holder will get a 0.3% elemental damage buff for each 1000 max. HP they've, and they'll regain 4 Energy particles every 2.5 seconds. This effect is restricted to 12%, also it can be triggered whether or not the character is not around the field

This catalyst assists as the signature weapon for that new five-star Dendro character Baizhu. There are still no details about his exact release date, but during the last couple of updates, HoYoverse features a pattern of adding new characters to the roster within the first banner cycle which, going through their usual update schedule, should drop around mid-April.

According to a different set of leaks, Baizhu's Elemental Skill allows his pet snake Changsheng to fight up to three different times and recover several Baizhu's HP. Just like most healers within the game, it appears as though Baizhu's whole kit will scale with HP which is why the secondary stat around the new weapon provides almost 50% bonus health.

His Elemental Burst will produce a very powerful shield that deals coordinated damage. His burst also offers the potential to improve the party's possibility to deal elemental damage making him a flexible Genshin Impact support.
