Sauna is a feast for body and soul. This is a wonderful place for cleansing and healing the whole body. With the right visit to the steam room, the soul and body find lightness and harmony.

In the sauna you can relax after a hard day at work. Bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays or just an excuse to get together and have a great time in the sauna. I think most of us, before placing an order, think about which sauna to choose.

There are several types of saunas: Finnish steam room (dry heat), Russian bath (steam room with brooms and an abundance of wet steam), Turkish hammam (abundant wet steam, with relatively average heat), Japanese ofuro (large barrel of hot water). How to deal with such diversity? The most important criteria when choosing a sauna:

Sauna capacity. Depending on the number of people in the company, a room for a rest room and a steam room is also required. Check in advance which accommodation options the sauna offers.
Steam room type. Many good saunas offer several options for steam rooms, which is very convenient. Often Russian steam rooms or baths (on firewood and with brooms), as a rule, are one isolated option.
Additional services. In good wellness centers, as a rule, a network of an additional range of services, such as karaoke or billiards, massages or spa treatments. Russian baths often offer bathing services, but do not forget that the cost of the procedure is not included in the bath fee.

Cleanliness comes first! Ideally, after each session, the sauna should be cleaned. It is mandatory to wash the rest rooms with a special solution. If 5-10 minutes have passed between your entry and the departure of previous visitors, you should think about what kind of cleanliness you are talking about. Be sure to use special slippers or slates and sheets on the seats.
Swimming pools and jacuzzis. How nice after a hot steam room to jump into a cool pool! Very nice, but keep in mind one fact, in large pools the water is changed once a year, in medium and small ones once a month/week. A disinfectant solution must be added to the water, all these products are very expensive. Pay attention to the water in the pool before ordering a sauna, many owners of establishments save on cleaning and disinfection products, therefore, this can become a source of infection. If the choice fell on a jacuzzi, the best option is when you draw water into the bath yourself.

Read reviews from real customers before making your choice. I chose northwich sauna and did not regret it.
