Let’s share the causes and treatment experience of diesel engine boiler failure for reference:
- The high water temperature of the diesel engine causes the water pipe of the diesel engine return tank to have a high water temperature. The liquid boils and expands, causing the filling port to spray out. If this happens, it is recommended to check and deal with the high water temperature problem according to the following aspects: (This problem occurs The possibility of the situation is relatively small, most of them are caused by the following two faults)
- There is air in the water pipe of the diesel engine. After starting, the air circulation in the water outlet pipe is not smooth, which will cause the water temperature to rise, and spray water intermittently, which is a bit like boiling a pot;
- The amount of circulating water in the diesel engine is insufficient. Under high load or load operation, the temperature of the lubricating oil will also increase, which will also cause the water temperature to continue to rise;
- The diesel engine circulating fresh water pump is damaged;
- The cooling fan of the diesel engine is damaged (the blades are missing or the blade edges are damaged), resulting in insufficient cooling air volume and causing the water temperature to continue to rise;
- The cooling fan belt of the diesel engine is too loose and the cooling fan speed cannot meet the requirements, resulting in insufficient cooling air volume and causing the water temperature to continue to rise;
- The diesel engine has an open cooling circulation system, the water level of the external circulation water source is too low (insufficient water volume), and the fresh water pump cannot suck water;
- The diesel engine has a closed cooling cycle system. There is too much dirt on the surface of the radiator (water tank) and poor heat dissipation.
- The cylinder mattress of the diesel engine is damaged and washed away. The air channel and the water channel are connected, causing the high-pressure air in the cylinder to enter the low-pressure water channel, and finally discharged through the coolant filling port to form bubbles. It is recommended to check and verify, and if so, replace the cylinder mattress.
- The diesel engine cylinder head is cracked, and the air passage and water passage are communicating, causing the high-pressure air in the cylinder to enter the low-pressure water passage, and finally discharged through the coolant filling port to form bubbles. It is recommended to remove the cylinder head and perform a hydraulic test to verify, and if so, replace the cylinder. Cover (generally irreparable).
