Our new product was on the market for barely a day and we already had our first order. We were super excited! But frustratingly, the shipment didn't arrive on time. The courier service emailed us to say they estimated the delivery would arrive the next day. We were so busy with orders that we didn't have time to follow up. By the time we got to the courier office, the package was six days late. We realized then, a tool was needed to track delivery of our shipments. And that is how we come to build Wavy.
