Navyug Smart Mini City is an integrated housing project with 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats in Prayagraj. As of now, three towers in three phases under this project has been launched. - Main Doors: For main entrance 35mm thick flush door with 35x35x5 MS angel Iron frame along with 2 Nos. tower bolts of length 6” as suitable with 2 Nos. handles and 1 No.8” MS AL drop.
- Internal Doors: For Internal doors, flush door with 35x35x5 MS angel Iron frame along with 1 no. of 6” AL drop and tower bolt with 2 no. handles.
- Toilet Door: Flush door panels with angle Iron frame along with 2 Nos. tower bolts and 2 Nos. handles.
- Windows: All windows will be T & Z section with lock handle and hook latch.
PAINTING
- Inside the unit for wall and ceiling: Two coat white wash for ceiling and two coat colour wash for walls.
- Outside: Two Coat of cement based colour paint for walls.
- Door and Windows frame: Door, window frame should be with one coat primer with enamel paint.
DADO
- For Toilet 450mm dado cement punning.
- For kitchen 150mm dado with cement punning.
- C. 450 mm High dado in cement punning.
PLUMBING & SANITARY
- WC: Indian type of 18” chinaware
- Two number 0.5” PVC tap of good quality in the toilet.
- One number 0.5” PVC tap of good Quality in the kitchen.
- Soil line, waste water line should be of 4” dia PVC pipe of 4 Kg/Sq. Cm. pressure.
- 4” dia PVC nahani trap with jalli one in toilet & one in kitchen.
- Heavy duty PVC solvent pipe for all water line.
ELECTRIFICATION
- One number fan-hook and conduit pipe sin slab.
KITCHEN
- Platform of size 450x1000mm Kota Stone top to be provided in the kitchen.
